Orphanage Foundation

The Mighty in the Land FOUNDATION  is
dedicated to advance adoption and care for orphans and special-needs children worldwide.

Our vision is to sponsor 5 existing orphanages in 5 areas of the world - Russia, Africa, Asia, India, and America. They will be named to honor each member of Robert's Heavenly family: Melissa, Makenah, Zachary, Nicholas and Alenah. Each orphanage provides for the physical, educational, and spiritual needs of 30 - 50 orphans. The cost to sponsor one orphanage for one month is about $1,500.


UPDATE: In October 2006, we began sponsoring our 1st orphanage!  

The "MELISSA HOME" Family Center in Russia's Vladimir region in honor of my previous wife, Melissa.  House Parents care for 8 teenage orphan girls' spiritual, physical, emotional, medical, and educational needs. 
In 2008, we funded the construction of our 2nd orphanage in Rwanda, Africa to be named the "MAKENAH HOME"!  More details to come as the home is built.

Funding for the FOUNDATION comes from two sources:

  1. Individuals who share a passion to care for orphans and special-needs children
  2. Tithes from Mighty in the Land Ministry (from the gross proceeds of CDs, honorariums, contributions, etc.)

The Mighty in the Land Foundation (non-profit 501(c)(3) is administered by the Servant Christian Community Foundation (SCCF) for a 1% administrative fee.  Thus 99% of your donation does directly to orphanage sponsorship.
